- 40% Premium Ground Beef: About 50 lbs. in 1 lb. packages (approx.)
- 35% Savory Cuts: Brisket, Roasts, Beef Shank, packages of Stew Meat
- 25% Steaks: Sirloin Tips, Top Sirloins, New York Strips, Rib Eyes, Tenderloin, Skirt Steaks, Flank Steak, and Flat iron Steaks
Remaining Balance of $1,500.00 due when your beef is ready!

Your 1/4 WAGYU Beef is reserved today, by paying your deposit of $900.00
The order in which you receive your beef, will be based off when it was reserved. We will go in order of first reservation, down to the last reservation.
We will be communicating with you along the way to update you on where your beef is at in the fulfillment process. When your beef is ready, you will pay remaining balance, and we will ship direct to you!

Shipping is FREE! As a thank you, your frozen beef will be shipped, for free, directly to you from our expert butchers.
PACKAGING
You can expect all cuts of your beef to be individually wrapped and sealed with care; all will be individually labeled.

I had a chance to visit 7C Ranch and tour it's facility, their cows are raised the way beef is supposed to be, naturally fed and room to grow. The Flavor of the 7C beef is second to none. As an aspiring grill master, I have bought cows from many different ranchers in the past but the consistent quality of 7C beef is by far the best.

I have tried many different direct-from-the-ranch beef who grass fed, barley finished, all organic, etc., but non taste as good as 7Cbeef. When it comes to quality and taste, the value of 7C beef is the best I've had so far. In my experience, none of the box beef companies, or designer beef markets can compare in taste and quality of 7C beef. You can actually see the quality in each cut of meat.

The best of the best! Amazing beef! Healthy never tasted so great! This beef is dripping in omega-3, with a healthy side of vitamins A & E! The ribeye's, cooked medium rare, melted in my mouth. They were so tender you could cut them with a butter knife. Cannot recommend 7C Cattle high enough.

Stopped at the Redmond Farmers Market and took home some of the best meat I've had in a long time! I grabbed some Wagyu Short Ribs, Flat Iron steak, and New York Steak. Often times with Wagyu, in some of my experiences, the profile of the meat flavor doesn't come through, but they have found the perfect balance of flavor and tenderness! Great people making a vision come true and doing it right!
